Window Nation, the 5th largest home remodeler in the country, has an opening for an Installation Manager to join our growing team! Our Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing all projects in their respective market, along with managing all employees of the department. Duties and Responsibilities Hire, train, and coach installers, measure, and service technicians Oversee job sites to ensure quality installations are being completed Act as customer service liaison when install related problems arise Manage and ensure all allied support materials are available and ready for install dates Oversee scheduling of installations and ensuring proper crew placement Responsible for run rates and overall guild quality scores Attend re-measurement and service appointments as needed Perform weekly unplanned job inspections for all crews Ensure proper materials are purchased and available for all installations Position Requirements 5
years of direct supervision experience 7
years of customer support experience in the home improvement field Ability to manage multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment Must be a team player and exhibit a good attitude, be self-disciplined, and self-motivated Success Factors Impeccable prioritization and organizational skills Innate sense of urgency Superior time and project management skills
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Plant & Facilities ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
